George Boteler, Vice President, Quadrangle Development Corporation, serves as director of day-to-day operations for all Quadrangle leasing activities. Directly responsible for lease-up at new Quadrangle projects as well as renewals in the existing portfolio, he manages leasing production aggregating in the many hundreds of thousands of square feet each year.
A real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, George Boteler also brings special expertise to all phases of sales brokerage, portfolio and asset management, based on his extensive record of completed transactions.
Prior to joining Quadrangle in 1996, George Boteler was Managing Director and Vice President of Sales and Leasing for owned real estate assets at The Riggs National Bank of Washington, DC. He also served as Vice President/Senior Marketing Consultant with the Grubb & Ellis Company, Washington, D.C. An active participant in NAIOP and the Washington, D.C. Association of Realtors, George Boteler also holds a life membership, Multi-Million Dollar Commercial Leasing Awards, and has received the Top 10 Producers Commercial Leasing and Multi-Million Dollar Commercial Sales awards. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, with a Bachelors degree in Economics.
