For more than ten years, Elise Rabekoff has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Quadrangle Development Corporation and affiliates.

As General Counsel, Ms. Rabekoff heads a six-person in-house legal group that was established to ensure the effective and cost-efficient use and supervision of outside counsel and to provide a critical in-house legal resource for the company and its affiliated entities. In addition to supervising the Legal Department and all outside counsel, Ms. Rabekoff provides legal advice on a wide array of issues, including partnership and corporate matters, financings, deal structures, employee relations, employee benefits, contracts, leasing, litigation, and strategic direction for the companies.

Prior to joining Quadrangle, Ms. Rabekoff was in private practice at the law firm of Shea and Gardner, where she focused on litigation and also on counseling businesses and non-profit corporations on government contracts, regulatory, and commercial matters. She has been a Legislative Assistant to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan and a law clerk for Hon. Charles R. Richey, United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.

Ms. Rabekoff is a graduate of Princeton University and Yale Law School. She is a member of the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania Bars; the Real Property and Zoning, Litigation, and Commercial Law sections of the District of Columbia Bar; the American Bar Association; and the American Corporate Counsel Association. She is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, former chair of a hearing committee for the District of Columbia Board of Professional Responsibility, and has served on a several advisory boards on corporate counsel issues. She is also the author of articles on civil rights and employment issues, a Trustee of the Frederick B. Abramson Foundation and of the Levine School of Music, a member of the Governing Board of St. Albans School, and formerly a member of other non-profit boards of directors.
