Exterior
This mixed-use development combined luxury apartments on the same parcel with a class-A office building, built as the headquarters of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The project addressed the requirements of two different land-use zones in a historic district.
|
Facade
While much larger than the neighboring Victorian townhouses, with its gabled facade and varied depths, the building blends in well.
|
Interior
These 82 luxurious units were built on a quiet residential street one block from Dupont Circle and Dupont Circle Metro Station.
