The National Theatre Building includes three office floors of 2,500 square feet each. It is one component of the mixed-use project National Place, which also includes the National Place Offices, eat @ National Place, the JW Marriott Hotel, and underground parking.

The National Theatre Building faces Pennsylvania Avenue across Freedom Plaza. For generations, it's been a front row seat for the Inaugural Parade. Metro is close by, as well as all the amenties of a thriving downtown.
